Insurance & Fees
The following information is provided so that therapists and clients have a clear, mutual understanding of expectations involving payment, fees, and insurance. Of course, these policies are subject to some negotiation in hardship cases, and every attempt at flexibility will be made when they present a problem for a client.
Please feel free to ask about anything that is unclear, and one is encouraged to ask for additional information and share any questions and concerns about these issues.
Insurance
Because health insurance plans and benefits vary, we recommend you give your health insurance customer service number a call and inquire about your mental health benefits to understand what will be covered.
Please note that you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. Any assistance needed in submitting bills, however, will be gladly offered.
Fees
Fees vary by therapist. Please use the “Contact Us” page to request additional information for a therapist’s specific fee information.
All fees are payable at the time that services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made, and all accounts should be paid in total. Please note that fees may increase periodically and all clients will be notified before changes take place.
